PG in polymer technology, 20 years experience in diverse fields including cleaning chemicals & equipment, laundry, hospitality. A cleaning & hygiene trainer, trained more than thousands across hotels, facility management companies. A self-driven, motivated and entrepreneurial student with a remarkable capacity for leadership and prompting business growth.

Our Vision

To help millions of domestic workers (D’Maids) to become self reliant to take care of their families. Provide them with a great working atmosphere where they are treated with dignity, recognized for their contributions and accepted as a professional.

  • Most of the domestic workers comes from vulnerable communities and backward areas, they are illiterate poor unskilled and downtrodden sections of the society. 
  • Women’s empowerment is not just a word for us. It is our commitment, to select socially and economically weak women and ensure their role in the upliftment of their family and thus society by providing them with fair income, basic education, healthy working conditions and basic health care support.
  • Counseling and recreation programs to relieve their stress in family and work helping them to achieve personal competence and career advancement. •
  • Revolutionalising the concept of maids in India, by not only providing employment but making them feel proud, respected and recognized.
